LogTriage

LogTriage is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that helps IT operations teams reduce alert fatigue by clustering related logs, events, and alerts into probable incidents. Instead of yet another monitoring tool, it sits on top of what you already use (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Splunk, Elastic) and focuses on the messy middle: deduplication, correlation, and first-response context. An AI layer suggests likely root-cause services, recent deploys/config changes that correlate with the spike, and a short incident summary you can paste into the ticket. It also learns team-specific “ignore patterns” and maintenance windows to suppress recurring non-issues. The goal is not perfect RCA; it’s faster triage, fewer pages, and better handoffs between on-call and daytime engineers. Expect to spend time tuning sources and rules early; the product must prove value quickly or teams will churn.
