LongevLedger

LongevLedger is a mobile + web AI app that estimates life expectancy and “healthspan” using inputs people can actually obtain: lab results (lipids, A1C, hs-CRP), blood pressure, resting heart rate, sleep, activity, smoking/alcohol, and family history. It connects to Apple Health/Google Fit and lets users upload lab PDFs; it extracts values, flags missing tests, and recalculates risk over time. The app avoids fake certainty: it shows ranges, confidence levels, and the few variables that move the needle most for the user. It also provides a plain-language “next 90 days” plan (e.g., retest A1C, medication discussion prompts, exercise minimums) and tracks whether changes actually improved the model. This is not a miracle longevity app; it’s a structured way to quantify risk and make medical conversations more productive.
