LoopLadder
LoopLadder is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for running recurring feedback loops that actually lead to action. Instead of one-off surveys, it schedules short “micro-checks” (2–4 questions) for teams, customers, or communities and automatically converts results into a prioritized action board. Each loop has an owner, a due date, and a public-facing “You said, we did” changelog that closes the trust gap. It supports anonymous responses, but forces accountability by requiring visible follow-through metrics (time-to-acknowledge, time-to-close). AI is used sparingly: it clusters open-text comments into themes, flags sentiment shifts, and drafts concise summaries—users must approve before publishing. The product is intentionally narrow: repeatable feedback cycles + action tracking, not a full survey suite. If you don’t act on feedback, it will expose that quickly.
