LoopLedger is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) for small manufacturers and workshops to track material waste, reuse, and recycling with audit-ready evidence. Users log scrap types (metal, plastic, wood, textiles), weights, photos, and destination (reused in-house, sold to recycler, landfill). The app generates monthly diversion reports, cost-per-waste-stream, and supplier-ready documentation for ESG questionnaires and customer compliance. A lightweight AI feature reads invoices/scale tickets and auto-categorizes materials and vendors to reduce manual entry. It also flags anomalies (e.g., sudden landfill spikes) and suggests simple process fixes. The product is intentionally boring: it’s a compliance and cost-control tool, not a consumer recycling game. Monetization is subscription per site, with optional paid onboarding and integrations for scales and accounting exports.
