LoopLedger

LoopLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized brands run a realistic circular take-back program without pretending it’s effortless. It tracks products from sale to return to refurbishment/recycling using receipt-level evidence from logistics partners and recyclers, then generates audit-ready “circularity statements” for customers, retailers, and regulators. The app focuses on what companies actually struggle with: fragmented proof, inconsistent vendor data, and greenwashing risk. Users set up product SKUs, define acceptable end-of-life pathways, and invite partners (repair shops, recyclers, reverse logistics) to submit standardized disposal/refurb proofs. A simple dashboard shows return rates, recovery yield, cost per recovered unit, and where items leak to landfill. It’s not a consumer marketplace; it’s compliance + operations tooling that makes circular programs measurable, defensible, and harder to fake.
