LoopLedger

LoopLedger is a web app (with optional desktop wrapper) for building, calibrating, and stress-testing system dynamics models without the usual spreadsheet chaos. Users sketch stock-and-flow diagrams, attach equations, and run scenario simulations with sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo. The AI layer helps translate plain-English assumptions into model structure, flags unit inconsistencies, and suggests missing feedback loops—but it never “auto-decides” the model; you approve changes. The focus is on practical organizational problems: headcount planning, supply chain bullwhip, customer support backlog, cash runway, and policy impacts. Outputs are executive-ready: uncertainty bands, leverage-point rankings, and a short narrative explaining why the model behaves the way it does. Realistically, this won’t replace established tools for hardcore modelers; it wins by being faster to iterate, easier to share, and auditable for teams.
