LoopLens

LoopLens is a web app (with optional desktop wrapper) for teams who need to think in systems but don’t have time to become modeling experts. Users sketch causal loop diagrams and stock-and-flow models in a guided canvas, then attach real metrics (CSV, Google Sheets, basic APIs) to validate assumptions. The app runs lightweight simulations, highlights leverage points, and flags common modeling mistakes (missing delays, circular reasoning, unit mismatches). It also generates a “decision memo” that explains what the model suggests, what’s uncertain, and what data would reduce uncertainty fastest. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for modeling/simulation and versioning; AI for model critique, assumption extraction from notes, and translating diagrams into plain-English recommendations. It’s realistic: it won’t predict the future, but it will reduce bad decisions caused by linear thinking.
