It records audio/video, transcribes, and scores answers on clarity, relevance, evidence, concision, and confidence, then produces a prioritized practice plan. The key is brutal specificity: it flags rambling, missing metrics, vague STAR stories, and mismatched role signals, and forces rewrites with time limits.
