LoreLedger

LoreLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that turns communities of practice into a searchable, decision-grade knowledge base. Instead of endless threads and meeting notes, it focuses on “knowledge artifacts” like standards, patterns, playbooks, and decision records. Members can propose an artifact, attach evidence (links, snippets, metrics), and route it through lightweight review by designated stewards. An AI assistant helps summarize long discussions into a draft artifact, suggests tags, and flags duplicates or contradictions with existing guidance. The system tracks versioning, ownership, and expiry dates so guidance doesn’t rot silently. LoreLedger also provides simple analytics: what topics are most asked, what guidance is outdated, and which teams are reusing artifacts. It’s built for pragmatic adoption: minimal ceremony, clear outputs, and governance that doesn’t feel like bureaucracy.
