LossSignal

LossSignal is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps mid-market companies quantify operational risk using near-miss and incident data they already have but rarely analyze well. It ingests tickets, safety reports, IT incidents, QA defects, and customer complaints, then normalizes them into a consistent taxonomy and calculates leading indicators (frequency, severity proxies, control breakdown patterns). The AI layer suggests probable root-cause clusters and flags emerging risk hotspots before they become losses, but keeps humans in control with transparent evidence links. Dashboards focus on actionable prevention: which process step, site, vendor, or system change is driving risk and what it likely costs if ignored. Exports support board packs and audit trails without pretending to be a full GRC suite. Realistically, it wins by being narrower, faster to deploy, and cheaper than enterprise platforms—while still producing credible, defensible metrics.
