LotLedger is a mobile + web app that helps drivers and parking operators prevent and resolve parking disputes using verifiable, time-stamped evidence. When you park, the app guides you to capture a short “parking receipt” pack: GPS location, a quick video sweep of signage, your license plate, and the payment confirmation (meter/garage/QR). It then generates a tamper-evident record you can export as a single PDF link for appeals, customer support, or employer reimbursement. For operators, a lightweight web portal lets staff request evidence from customers, reduce chargeback time, and standardize dispute handling without expensive hardware. This is not magic: it won’t stop predatory enforcement everywhere, and it won’t win every appeal. But it can materially increase your odds when the issue is unclear signage, wrong plate entry, app glitches, or “paid but still ticketed” scenarios.
