LotLedger is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that turns dealership visits into transparent, comparable data. Shoppers log a dealer quote in minutes by snapping photos of the buyer’s order, addendum sticker, and finance menu; the app extracts line items (doc fee, add-ons, APR, term, warranties) and normalizes them into an “out-the-door” price. It also tracks experience metrics: wait time, bait-and-switch flags, mandatory add-ons, and whether promised terms changed in F&I. Users can share anonymized deal summaries to build a local “dealer honesty” scorecard by model/trim and date, helping others avoid time-wasting stores. Dealers aren’t the customer—shoppers are—so the product is designed to reduce the most common pain: hidden costs and last-minute changes. Expect pushback from dealers; that’s the point.
