LotLens

LotLens is a mobile + web AI app that helps antique buyers avoid costly bidding mistakes by turning auction listings into a structured risk-and-value brief. Users paste a lot URL or upload photos and the catalog description; the app extracts maker marks, materials, era clues, restoration red flags, and comparable sales ranges from public sources and user-provided notes. It outputs a “Bid Guardrail” (suggested max bid, confidence, and what would change it), a checklist for in-person inspection, and a short message template to ask the auction house the right questions. It also tracks upcoming lots across multiple auction sites and alerts users when keywords, regions, or categories match. This isn’t a magic authenticity oracle—LotLens is positioned as decision support: it highlights uncertainty, missing provenance, and common fakes so users can choose when to walk away.
