LotLens is a mobile + web app that helps classic and collectible car buyers do faster, more reliable pre-bid due diligence. Users upload auction photos, walkaround videos, and any available docs; the app extracts key details (VIN, trim cues, options, visible defects), flags inconsistencies, and generates a “bid-risk brief” with a suggested inspection checklist. It also tracks comparable sales from public auction results and highlights when a car’s story doesn’t match the market (e.g., claimed restoration vs. visible overspray, mismatched fasteners, incorrect badges). This is not magic: it won’t replace a real inspection, and it will miss things. The value is speed and structure—turning scattered listing info into a repeatable decision workflow, especially for remote bidders and time-crunched dealers.
