LotLinker is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for CPG brands to build lot-level traceability and retailer-ready documentation without buying a heavyweight ERP. It ingests purchase orders, production runs, and warehouse shipments, then links ingredients, packaging, and finished goods into a simple “lot graph.” When a quality issue hits, teams can instantly see which SKUs, customers, and shipment dates are affected, generate a targeted withdrawal list, and export retailer-specific incident packets (COAs, specs, allergen statements, and contact logs). It’s not a magic button: if your data is messy, the app will expose that. The value is speed and accuracy under pressure—turning scattered spreadsheets and emails into a defensible audit trail. Designed for brands doing co-manufacturing and multi-warehouse distribution where lot tracking breaks first.
