LotLinker

LotLinker is a mobile + web app that gives small and mid-sized food producers practical, audit-ready traceability without expensive ERP or blockchain theater. Teams create lots in seconds, print QR labels, and scan at each step (receiving, batching, packing, shipping) to build a clean chain-of-custody. If a supplier flags an issue, LotLinker can instantly show which finished goods used the ingredient, which customers received them, and what inventory remains—then generate a recall/withdrawal action list and documentation. It supports basic integrations via CSV and lightweight API endpoints so companies can start with spreadsheets and upgrade later. This is a traditional app with AI features: AI helps map messy supplier docs/COAs into structured lot attributes and flags traceability gaps (missing scans, impossible yields, date inconsistencies). It’s designed for real operations: offline scanning, role-based access, and simple reports that inspectors actually accept.
