LotLoom

LotLoom is a web + mobile inventory management app focused on lot/batch and expiry tracking for small manufacturers, food producers, cosmetics brands, and supplement companies that are too small for an ERP but too regulated to use spreadsheets. It provides simple receiving, lot creation, split/merge, and pick/ship workflows with barcode scanning and audit-ready history. The system flags expiring lots, quarantines suspect batches, and supports basic recall execution: identify affected finished goods, customers, and remaining stock in minutes. It integrates with Shopify and QuickBooks to keep stock counts aligned without heavy implementation. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for the core ledger, AI to auto-extract lot/expiry from supplier PDFs/COAs and suggest reorder quantities based on lead times and sales velocity. Pricing is per location with optional recall module.
