A built-in “comps” view shows recent comparable sales and highlights estimate-to-comp gaps, but it’s honest about uncertainty and data quality. It also provides calendar reminders, bidding checklists, and post-sale tracking to learn what your strategy missed. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for normalizing messy catalog text, matching comparable works, and summarizing condition reports into plain language. It’s not a magic price oracle; it’s a workflow tool that saves time and reduces avoidable mistakes.
