LPDocMiner

LPDocMiner is a web app with AI-assisted document parsing that turns private markets PDFs (quarterly reports, capital account statements, ILPA templates, side letters, DDQs, subscription docs) into structured, searchable data. Users upload a batch of documents and get normalized fields like NAV, contributions/distributions, unfunded, fee lines, exposure by strategy/geo, key terms, and notable changes vs prior periods. It flags anomalies (e.g., sudden fee step-ups, inconsistent IRR math, missing schedules) and builds a timeline per fund/GP. The product is realistic because it focuses on a narrow, high-value workflow: extracting and reconciling LP reporting data rather than “predicting returns.” It also supports human-in-the-loop review with confidence scores and audit trails so analysts can trust outputs and fix edge cases quickly. Exports to Excel/CSV and pushes clean data to BI tools.
