LPPulse

LPPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for impact investors and fund managers to run fast, standardized “impact risk” checks on deals and portfolio companies. Instead of promising perfect measurement, it focuses on what investors actually lose money and reputation on: weak theory of change, unverifiable claims, regulatory exposure, data gaps, and mission drift. Users answer a short guided questionnaire, upload a pitch deck or impact report, and get an AI-assisted red-flag summary plus a board-ready one-page memo with confidence levels and required evidence. The app also tracks follow-up evidence requests, deadlines, and quarterly impact updates so teams don’t forget what they promised to verify. It’s realistic: it won’t replace third-party audits, but it will prevent sloppy diligence and make impact reporting less chaotic and more defensible.
