LubeLedger is a mobile + web app that creates “warranty-grade” oil change records for everyday drivers and small fleets. Users scan a receipt (or parts invoice), snap a photo of the odometer, and optionally scan the oil/filter barcode. The app then generates a standardized service record (PDF) with date, mileage, parts used, and a tamper-evident audit trail you can share with a dealer, warranty company, or buyer. It also schedules reminders based on mileage and driving patterns, and keeps a clean timeline for each vehicle. This is not a magic AI mechanic—its value is credible documentation and retrieval when you actually need it (trade-in, warranty claim, or dispute). Monetization is straightforward: subscription for multi-vehicle households and fleets, plus a one-time “export bundle” for selling a car.
