LubeLedger

LubeLedger is a mobile + web app for running a no-excuses lubrication program on industrial machines. It replaces messy binders and “tribal knowledge” with route-based tasks, QR/NFC asset check-ins, and proof-of-work (photos, meter readings, grease gun counter values). The app schedules lube routes by machine criticality and operating hours, captures what was actually applied (type, amount, point), and flags missed intervals or wrong lubricant risks. A lightweight web dashboard shows compliance, repeat offenders, and downtime correlations. This is not a full CMMS—it's a focused tool aimed at the most common, preventable cause of bearing and gearbox failures: poor lubrication practices. Optional AI helps detect anomalies from notes/photos (leaks, contamination, over-greasing) and suggests corrective actions, but the core value works without it.
