LumenHabitat is a web + mobile AI app for architects, workplace designers, and facility teams to quantify whether a space actually delivers biophilic benefits—beyond mood boards. It ingests floor plans (PDF/DWG export), basic room geometry, window locations, and local climate data, then estimates daylight autonomy, glare risk, circadian lighting potential, and natural ventilation opportunity. On-site, a companion mobile workflow lets teams capture quick measurements (lux readings via supported meters, photos, window operability, plant health checks) and generate a simple “biophilic performance” report clients can understand. It outputs prioritized interventions (e.g., shading changes, reflective surfaces, task lighting, operable window strategy, low-maintenance planting zones) with cost/impact ranges. This is not a full simulation suite; it’s a pragmatic, faster, cheaper evidence layer for early design and post-occupancy validation.
