LuxeLedger is a mobile + web app for luxury salons, medspas, and independent aestheticians to document and verify what was actually delivered during a beauty service. It creates a “service receipt” that includes products used (batch/lot where relevant), device settings for treatments, timing, before/after photos with consent, and aftercare instructions—packaged into a shareable client record. The goal is to reduce disputes, chargebacks, and vague “I didn’t get what I paid for” complaints, while also improving rebooking and referrals through consistent documentation. It’s not a marketplace and it won’t magically bring new clients; it’s an operations and trust tool for high-ticket services where expectations are high and memory is unreliable. The app integrates with booking/POS to pull appointment details, then guides staff through a fast checklist so documentation doesn’t become a burden.
