LuxeLedger is a mobile + web app that creates a tamper-evident service passport for luxury watches. Independent watchmakers and authorized service centers log work performed (pressure tests, movement service, parts replaced) with photos, timestamps, and invoice references. Owners get a clean, shareable record that travels with the watch, making resale and insurance claims simpler. The app focuses on the unglamorous but real problem: trust. Buyers don’t trust seller claims, and shops waste time answering “what was done last time?” requests. LuxeLedger issues a QR-linked certificate for each service event and supports optional identity verification for shops. This is not a magic “blockchain fixes everything” pitch—just a practical, auditable log with strong permissions, exportable PDFs, and a simple workflow that doesn’t slow the bench down. Monetization: shop subscriptions + per-certificate fees, with a free owner tier.
