LuxeMatch is a mobile + web AI app that helps luxury beauty shoppers find accurate foundation/concealer shade matches across brands before they buy. Users take a guided selfie video in controlled lighting, optionally calibrate with a simple reference card, and select a product they already own that matches well. The app builds a personal “shade fingerprint” and recommends equivalent shades in other luxury lines, flagging risky matches and undertone conflicts. It also stores purchase history, batch/expiry reminders, and return-window alerts to reduce costly mistakes. The business model is subscription (for power users) plus affiliate revenue from retailers—though the app must be honest about uncertainty and show confidence scores. The goal is fewer returns, fewer drawer-fulls of wrong shades, and higher confidence when buying premium products online.
