LuxeReserve is a mobile + web app that lets shoppers reserve high-demand luxury items (bags, watches, limited sneakers, capsule collections) through a network of participating boutiques. Instead of endlessly refreshing sites or begging sales associates, users place a refundable deposit to hold an item for a short window, then complete purchase in-store or via a verified payment link. The app shows real-time availability, reservation windows, and clear terms (deposit amount, hold duration, cancellation rules). For boutiques, it reduces no-shows and turns “maybe” interest into committed intent without discounting. This is not a magic “get anything” app: it only works where boutiques opt in and inventory is accurately synced. The MVP focuses on a tight set of partner stores in one city to prove conversion and operational reliability before expanding.
