LuxeWait

LuxeWait is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for luxury outerwear and tailoring brands to stop guessing delivery dates. It ingests order milestones (fabric ordered, cutting, first fitting, alterations, QC, shipping) and builds a realistic ETA per client, updated as delays happen. It also gives staff a single place to log progress in under 30 seconds, and automatically generates client-ready status updates that sound premium without overpromising. This is not a glamorous problem, but it’s expensive when it goes wrong: refunds, chargebacks, VIP churn, and endless WhatsApp/email chasing. The app focuses on operational truth: capacity, bottlenecks, and vendor reliability. It supports multi-workroom setups and can flag “at-risk” orders early so managers can reassign work or expedite materials before the deadline is missed.
