LuxFormLab is a web app (with optional tablet companion) for luxury spas, dermatology clinics, and boutique skincare labs that create bespoke formulations. It standardizes the messy middle: client intake, ingredient constraints, batch math, stability notes, and label-ready documentation. The app guides formulators through a structured workflow: capture skin goals and sensitivities, select from an approved ingredient library, auto-calculate percentages and weights for any batch size, and generate a production sheet plus client-facing directions. It also logs every iteration so you can reproduce a “perfect” formula months later without relying on one employee’s memory. This is a traditional app with AI assistance: AI helps draft formula rationales, flag obvious incompatibilities, and summarize client history, but the core value is traceability, compliance, and operational consistency. It’s built for premium service businesses that need fewer mistakes and faster turnaround.
