MacroBrief

MacroBrief is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns central-bank communications into a structured, searchable “policy signal” feed for market and risk teams. It ingests speeches, press conferences, testimonies, meeting statements, and published forecasts from major central banks, then tags each item by topic (inflation, labor, FX, balance sheet, financial stability), stance (hawkish/dovish), and confidence. Users get a daily brief, change-detection alerts when language shifts versus prior releases, and a timeline view that shows how guidance evolves over time. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles summarization, stance scoring, and semantic diffing; traditional components handle data sourcing, audit trails, and compliance-friendly exports. It’s not a magic alpha machine—its value is saving hours, reducing misreads, and creating a consistent internal record that teams can cite.
