MacroMethyl
MacroMethyl is a mobile + web AI-assisted nutrigenomics coach that converts consumer DNA files (23andMe/Ancestry/MyHeritage exports) into conservative, evidence-graded nutrition targets. Instead of pretending it can “personalize everything,” it focuses on a few gene–nutrient relationships with the strongest support (e.g., caffeine metabolism, lactose tolerance, omega-3 response proxies, folate-related variants, alcohol flush where relevant). Users get a weekly macro/micronutrient playbook, a short “avoid/limit/try” list, and a shopping list that maps to common grocery items. The app includes a symptom and adherence tracker to validate whether recommendations actually help, and it flags when the science is weak or when a clinician should be involved. It also supports optional lab inputs (lipids, A1c) to prevent DNA-only overreach. This is not a medical device; it’s a decision-support and habit tool with transparent uncertainty.
