MacroMorsel

MacroMorsel is a mobile + web AI-assisted recipe builder for people who track protein, calories, and sodium but are tired of generic “healthy recipes” that don’t match their targets. You set daily macro goals, meal count, budget, cooking time, and dietary constraints. The app generates a weekly plan with recipes that are realistically cookable (limited ingredients, repeatable prep steps) and produces a consolidated grocery list by store aisle. The key is “macro-locked” scaling: change servings and it keeps macro ratios consistent while swapping ingredients that won’t break the numbers. It also supports “ingredient reality checks” by letting users confirm what they actually bought, then adjusts the plan to reduce waste. This is not a magic chef—expect occasional weird suggestions—but it’s far more practical than browsing endless blogs.
