MadrasaKit
MadrasaKit is a mobile + web app for small Islamic schools, weekend madrasas, and masjid programs to manage students, attendance, fees, and learning progress in one place. Most madrasas still rely on WhatsApp threads, paper registers, and one overwhelmed volunteer—so parents miss updates, teachers lose track of memorization, and fee collection becomes awkward. MadrasaKit provides class rosters, automated attendance, simple fee invoicing/receipts, and a Qur’an/qaida progress tracker (pages, surahs, tajwid notes) that teachers can update in seconds. Parents get a clean weekly summary and can pay dues digitally. It’s not trying to “teach Islam better than scholars”; it’s operational software that reduces admin burden and makes programs look professional. The MVP focuses on reliability, multilingual support (English/Urdu/Arabic), and low-friction onboarding for non-technical staff.
