MailSieve is an AI-assisted spam filtering web app (with optional Gmail/Outlook add-ons) built specifically for B2B inboxes that get flooded by “personalized” sales emails that slip past traditional filters. Instead of trying to be a full email security suite, it focuses on one painful problem: separating legitimate inbound interest from outbound prospecting noise. It learns from lightweight user feedback (one-click “sales spam” vs “real inquiry”), detects patterns like sequence tools, tracking pixels, domain aging, reply-bait phrasing, and calendar-link traps, then auto-routes messages into a “Prospecting” folder with a daily digest. It also provides explainable reasons (“sent via outreach tool,” “newly registered domain,” “tracking stack detected”) so users trust the decisions. Admins can set rules by role (sales, support, exec) and protect key addresses from over-filtering.
