MailSieve

MailSieve is an inbound email processing web app that sits between your MX records and your mailbox to pre-filter, classify, and route incoming mail. It focuses on the ugly reality: most teams drown in vendor spam, phishing, misrouted requests, and messy attachments. MailSieve creates rules that are stronger than basic inbox filters: sender reputation scoring, attachment type controls, keyword/regex routing, and auto-forwarding to the right queue (support, billing, sales, HR). It also normalizes inbound emails into structured events (JSON) so you can push them into Slack, Jira, Zendesk, or a webhook without building brittle parsing scripts. This is not a “magic inbox.” It’s a pragmatic gatekeeper with audit logs, quarantine, and simple controls that IT and ops can actually trust. Setup is guided, but expects you to own your domain/DNS.
