ManagerProof is a mobile + web AI app that helps employees deal with difficult bosses by turning messy workplace incidents into clean, time-stamped, legally-aware documentation and action plans. You log what happened (notes, screenshots, meeting details), and the app generates a neutral summary, identifies policy red flags (retaliation, harassment, wage/time issues), and suggests next steps based on your goal: de-escalate, set boundaries, involve HR, or prepare for exit. It also provides conversation scripts for 1:1s and performance reviews, plus a “risk meter” that warns when patterns indicate you’re likely being managed out. Export packages are formatted for HR, an employment attorney, or unemployment claims. This isn’t therapy and it won’t magically fix a toxic manager; it’s a practical evidence-and-strategy tool to reduce career damage when power dynamics are against you.
