MandateMap

MandateMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for cabinet offices and ministries to track cabinet decisions, directives, and cross-ministry commitments from approval to delivery. It turns meeting outcomes into structured “mandates” with owners, deadlines, dependencies, and evidence requirements, then provides a single progress view for the center of government. The AI layer helps convert messy minutes and memos into draft action items, highlights conflicting deadlines, and flags missing implementation prerequisites (budget, legal authority, procurement steps). It also supports secure briefing packs for the head of government and cabinet secretary, with audit trails and versioning. This is not a public transparency portal; it’s an internal execution system designed for real-world bureaucracy: slow procurement, frequent reshuffles, and sensitive information. Expect long sales cycles, but once embedded, it becomes operationally sticky.
