MandatePilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps businesses reduce direct debit/ACH failures by validating bank account details, monitoring mandate status, and catching risky payments before submission. It plugs into common payment processors and bank file workflows to flag issues like closed accounts, mismatched account-holder names, invalid routing formats, duplicate mandates, and expired authorizations. The product focuses on operational reality: finance teams need fewer chargebacks, fewer retries, and cleaner audit trails—not another dashboard. It generates a “submit-ready” queue, recommends retry timing, and produces evidence packs for disputes and compliance reviews. This is not magic: it won’t eliminate failures, and coverage varies by country and bank, but it can materially cut avoidable rejects and reduce support load. Pricing is usage-based plus a small platform fee, aimed at mid-market companies where failure costs are meaningful.
