ManorOps is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) for high-net-worth property management across multiple residences. It centralizes vendor management, preventative maintenance, staff tasking, asset inventories (art, wine, appliances), and compliance documents (insurance, warranties, permits) in one place. The AI layer reads invoices, contracts, and inspection reports to auto-categorize spend, flag anomalies (duplicate charges, out-of-market rates), and generate board-ready monthly summaries for the principal or family office. A “white-glove workflow” focuses on approvals: thresholds, dual-approval rules, and audit trails that match how HNW households actually operate. It’s realistic about privacy and control: data is encrypted, access is role-based (estate manager, housekeeper, security, accountant), and owners can keep sensitive notes private while still delegating execution. The product wins by reducing chaos, not by pretending to replace experienced estate staff.
