Map2SOP

Map2SOP is a web app (with optional desktop recorder) that converts real work into clean process maps and draft SOPs. It captures steps from screen recordings, browser events, and short user annotations, then uses AI to propose a BPMN-style flow, roles, inputs/outputs, and common exceptions. Teams can review, edit, and approve maps with a lightweight workflow, then export to Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or PDF. The goal is not “perfect modeling”—it’s getting to a usable, auditable process document in hours instead of weeks. It includes a simple process library with versioning, change logs, and ownership so processes don’t rot. This is built for operations teams who are tired of workshops and sticky notes, and who need documentation that matches how work actually happens.
