MarehMap
MarehMap is a web + mobile app that turns Torah/Talmud learning into a searchable “source graph.” You paste a paragraph from a shiur, a sefer, or your own notes, and it identifies likely mareh mekomos (pasuk, Mishnah, Gemara, Rashi/Tosafos, Rambam, Shulchan Aruch) and shows how they connect—who quotes whom, where the sugya continues, and which later poskim rely on it. It’s not a replacement for learning; it’s a time-saver for the most frustrating part: hunting references, verifying citations, and building a clean source sheet. The MVP focuses on Hebrew/Aramaic text matching, citation normalization, and one-click export to a shareable source sheet. Realistically, accuracy will be “good enough” for common texts and weaker for obscure printings, so the app includes quick user correction to improve results over time.
