MarginGuard

MarginGuard is a web app (with optional Shopify admin embed) that continuously calculates true per-order profit for dropshippers by combining ad spend, platform fees, payment fees, refunds, shipping, and supplier costs. It flags “silent loss” products and campaigns in near real time, then recommends concrete actions: raise price, pause ads, switch supplier, or adjust shipping tiers. The app connects to Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Stripe/PayPal, and reconciles data at the order level so you can see profit by product, variant, country, and campaign. It also monitors supplier price changes and shipping cost drift, which often turns winning products into money pits overnight. This is not a fancy dashboard; it’s a guardrail that prevents you from scaling negative-margin offers and gives a clear, auditable profit trail for decisions.
