MarginLink

MarginLink is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) for creating verifiable, shareable study notes on digital sacred texts without turning everything into unverifiable paraphrase. Users import or select public-domain/licensed editions, then highlight passages and attach “margin notes” that are automatically anchored to stable references (chapter/verse/line) and a text fingerprint. When editions differ, the app shows parallel variants and flags when a note no longer matches the underlying wording. AI assists by suggesting citations, detecting quote drift, and generating side-by-side comparisons, but every claim must be backed by a linked passage. Groups (classes, congregations, study circles) can collaborate with roles, moderation, and an audit trail so teachers can trust what’s being shared. This is not a replacement for scripture apps; it’s a layer for rigorous annotation and accountability across translations and editions.
