MarginPilot

MarginPilot is a web app (with optional Shopify/WooCommerce connectors) that monitors your costs, competitor prices, and inventory signals to recommend price moves that protect margin while staying competitive. You import SKUs, cost-of-goods, shipping/fees, and desired margin floors; the app then simulates outcomes for different pricing rules (e.g., match lowest competitor only when stock is high, hold price when margin would drop below X, raise price when competitors go out of stock). It produces a simple “price action queue” with confidence levels, expected margin impact, and revenue risk. It’s an AI + rules hybrid: AI helps detect competitor matching errors, outlier prices, and demand shifts; rules enforce your brand constraints. This is not a full dynamic pricing engine for enterprises—it's a pragmatic tool for SMBs that need fewer mistakes and faster decisions.
