MarinaPulse

MarinaPulse is a mobile + web app that shows near-real-time marina slip availability, pricing, and booking rules—without the endless calling and waiting for email replies. Boaters submit availability signals (check-ins, departures, “slip freed” reports) and marinas can verify and publish official inventory with dynamic pricing and blackout dates. The app includes arrival ETA sharing, after-hours access instructions, and a simple “request-to-book” workflow when marinas won’t support instant booking. It’s a traditional app with light AI: anomaly detection to flag stale/false availability and an AI assistant that drafts concise arrival messages and special requests to marina staff. Realistically, success depends on getting enough marina participation in a few dense regions first; without supply, it’s just another directory. The MVP should focus on 1–2 coastal corridors and prove higher occupancy and fewer admin calls for marinas.
