MarineOandM is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps tidal and wave operators plan maintenance windows that actually happen. The brutal reality: marine access is the bottleneck—weather, tides, vessel availability, and permits routinely blow up schedules and budgets. This app ingests metocean forecasts, tide tables, site constraints, vessel specs, and technician rosters to produce a practical “go/no-go” calendar and a ranked task list that fits each feasible access window. It also tracks recurring failure modes, spares, and work orders so teams stop losing time to spreadsheets and email threads. An AI layer summarizes risk, flags schedule conflicts, and suggests which tasks to bundle per trip, but the core value is deterministic planning and auditability. The product is built for small teams running expensive assets where every missed day hurts.
