MarkerTriage

MarkerTriage is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that helps translational teams decide which biomarker candidates deserve expensive validation. Users upload a candidate list (genes/proteins/metabolites) plus basic context (disease, sample type, assay modality). The app automatically pulls evidence signals from public sources (literature, GWAS, expression atlases, pathway databases) and combines them with your internal pilot data (fold-changes, p-values, batch info) to produce a transparent, auditable “go/no-go” ranking. It flags common failure risks: tissue non-specificity, confounding inflammation markers, low detectability in plasma, assay interference, and weak replication. Outputs include a one-page decision brief per marker, a prioritized shortlist, and a validation plan template (cohorts, power, endpoints). It is not a discovery engine; it’s a decision-support tool to reduce wasted validation spend and shorten iteration cycles.
