MasterGuard

MasterGuard is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that sits beside your ERP to prevent master-data chaos: duplicate vendors/customers, inconsistent item attributes, and risky bank/tax changes. It connects to common ERPs via APIs/ETL, monitors proposed and actual changes, and enforces configurable approval workflows, validation rules, and segregation-of-duties checks. The AI layer flags anomalies (e.g., sudden payment terms changes, suspicious bank account edits, duplicate entities with slight spelling differences) and suggests merges with confidence scores, but keeps humans in control. Expect a narrow initial scope: vendor + customer + item masters, change auditing, and a clean dashboard for finance/procurement/IT. This is not a full ERP replacement; it’s a governance and quality gate that reduces downstream fires in AP, inventory, and reporting.
