MatMinder
MatMinder is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that turns yoga and mindfulness into a schedule-first habit instead of an inspiration-first one. Users set their actual constraints (work hours, commute, childcare, energy levels, injuries), and the app builds a realistic weekly plan of short sessions (5–25 minutes) with built-in “fallback” options when life happens. It focuses on consistency: streaks are replaced by “minutes protected,” and missed sessions automatically reschedule without guilt. Content is intentionally small: a curated library of high-quality flows, breathwork, and 2–5 minute resets, plus a simple timer mode for people who already know what to do. The AI component personalizes plans and adapts them based on adherence, pain flags, and stress check-ins, but it avoids pretending to diagnose or replace instructors. The goal is fewer abandoned subscriptions and more sustainable practice.
