MealDebrief
MealDebrief is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) for intuitive eating that focuses on post-meal reflection instead of calorie tracking. After you eat, you log a 30–60 second “debrief”: hunger/fullness before and after, satisfaction, emotions, speed of eating, and any body cues (energy, bloating, cravings). The app turns these into simple weekly patterns like “You feel most satisfied with crunchy + warm lunches” or “Late meetings correlate with rushed dinners and discomfort.” It includes a gentle “permission slip” library (scripts and prompts) and optional check-ins that nudge you to pause, but never tells you what to eat. An AI layer summarizes your reflections into non-judgmental insights and helps you craft small experiments (e.g., add a mid-afternoon snack) while avoiding diet language. It’s realistic: users won’t log forever, so it’s designed for 8–12 week learning cycles.
